NRV Choice Checking Account Disclosures

**Annual Percentage Yield (APY) as of 01/01/2020.

Platinum - Monthly Direct Deposit of $5,000 or more to receive 5.00% APY on Average Daily Balance up to $15,000.

Gold - Monthly Direct Deposit of $3,000 or more to receive 3.00% APY on Average Daily Balance up to $15,000.

Silver - Monthly Direct Deposit of $1,000 or more to receive 1.00% APY on Average Daily Balance up to $15,000.

All Average Daily Balances above $15,000 will earn the standard dividend rate for checking accounts.

The NRV Choice Checking rewards program will pay dividends on the last day of each month, based on account activity in that month and on the condition that the Member is enrolled in Direct Deposit of at least $1,000. If Direct Deposit into the account drops below $1,000 for two consecutive months, a Monthly Account Fee of $8 will be charged for each month that Direct Deposit continues to remain below $1,000. The Monthly Account Fee will be waived for the first two consecutive months after Opting-In to the rewards program regardless of the amount of Direct Deposit during that time. Monthly Direct Deposit must be in the name of the Account Holder or a Co-Owner of the account. Limit to one NRV Choice Checking account per Social Security Number. APY could change after Opting-In to rewards program. Fees may reduce account earnings. First NRV Federal Credit Union reserves to rights to change or discontinue the NRV Choice Checking rewards program at any time with or without prior notice.

i. Direct Deposit is defined as ACH deposits only and will not include check or cash deposits done either in-branch or remotely. ACH deposits may be any combination of your paycheck, social security check, dividend deposits, and other such automated deposits. ii. Enrolled in eDocuments is defined as being enrolled only in eDocuments and not receiving a paper statement. Accounts receiving a paper statement will be subject to the Paper Statement Fee of $2 (if under the age of 65.)
